Job summary

Allstate seeks a Principal Engineer, Workforce, Customer & Agentic Identity to shape strategic identity platforms across the enterprise. You will drive architecture for workforce, customer, machine, and agent identities, partnering with engineering, product, and security teams to enhance authentication, governance, and access management.

You will champion Zero Trust, modernize identity solutions, and mentor teams while influencing vendor roadmaps and enterprise adoption of identity initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing enterprise IAM and identity platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Zero Trust, MFA, and access governance.
• Ability to lead architecture and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy and architecture for identity platforms across workforce, customer, machine, and agent identities.
• Drive adoption of secure authentication, authorization, and governance capabilities.
• Partner with engineering, product, and security teams to modernize identity solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for IAM components including IAM governance and PAM.
• Mentor teams and influence vendor roadmaps for identity products.
