Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead identity strategy across workforce, customer, machine, and agent identities. You will guide architecture and modernization efforts to enable secure, scalable experiences.

Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to evolve authentication, authorization, and governance using Ping Identity and SailPoint within a Zero Trust framework.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing enterprise IAM solutions.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of identity governance, MFA, SSO, and access controls.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive identity strategy and architecture across workforce, customer, machine, and agent identities.
• Lead authentication, authorization, governance, and lifecycle management efforts.
• Partner with engineers, product teams, and security leads to modernize identity solutions.
• Influence vendor roadmaps and product strategies to align with business goals.
