Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is building secure identity systems for enterprise-scale AI products. You will design the core identity infrastructure, implement robust authentication and authorization, and contribute to governance policies across compliance frameworks.

The role emphasizes working across teams to translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders. The position offers exposure to cutting-edge AI security challenges and a path toward leadership in identity engineering

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time engineering experience in infrastructure and identity systems.
• Infrastructure as Code and IAM controls expertise (Terraform, Pulumi).
• Hands-on experience with OpenFGA, Authzed, Cedar, Topaz.
• Strong understanding of Zanzibar-based ReBAC models and RBAC/ABAC.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT and IdP like Okta/EntraID.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design, and implementation of our identity infrastructure to ensure secure authentication and authorization across enterprise systems.
• Build software for authentication mechanisms such as SSO, MFA, and federated identity solutions (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Build software for authorization mechanisms such as ReBAC, ABAC, RBAC.
• Build software-defined identity governance policies to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
• Present technical information to teams and stakeholders, providing guidance on identity management.
