Qualifications

• 5+ years of cybersecurity engineering experience or a Master’s with 3+ years.
• Hands-on IdP administration in production environments.
• Experience with Entra ID or Active Directory.
• Experience implementing JML provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Strong policy writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain identity architecture and RBAC across cloud and on-premise directories.
• Own IAM joiner, mover, leaver processes; coordinate with HR and IT.
• Design authentication policies and phishing-resistant MFA.
• Develop identity detections and threat hunts in SIEM/EDR/SOAR; support SOC.
• Operate privileged access controls, PAWs, and admin accounts.
• Manage privileged identity and secret management lifecycle.
• Oversee cloud IAM, roles, service identities, and federation.
• Integrate SaaS and apps via SSO (SAML/OIDC) and SCIM provisioning.
• Maintain AD security, lifecycle hygiene, and attack path analysis.
• Run access reviews and provide compliance evidence for NIST SP 800-171, etc.
• Write IAM policies, standards, and procedures.
