Job summary

Randstad Digital Americas is seeking an Onsite Identity and Access Management Lead for a Houston, TX engagement. You will drive service delivery, governance, and security improvements, acting as the primary onsite technical contact and guiding delivery teams across IAM initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT with deep Saviynt IAM expertise, RBAC, and ITIL-aligned operations. In-office presence in Houston is required; familiarity with Okta/Entra ID and PAM is preferred.

• Saviynt Identity Cloud / Saviynt IGA platform administration and governance.
• Identity lifecycle management, access governance, and RBAC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IAM service delivery, ensuring SLAs, security controls, and metrics.
• Direct incident, problem, request, and change management workflows for IAM tech.
• Lead onsite delivery teams, setting priorities, workload balance, and performance.
• Serve as main technical liaison between client executives, infrastructure, and offshore groups.
• Provide SME-level leadership across identity governance, lifecycle, and privileged access.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead to drive service delivery, operational governance, and continuous security improvement for a enterprise client in Houston, TX. In this role, you will act as the primary technical point of contact onsite, leading operational teams and overseeing key identity governance initiatives. location: Houston, Texas

salary: $76.66 - 80.00 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of IAM services, ensuring compliance with SLAs, security controls, and operational metrics.
• Direct incident, problem, request, and change management workflows for enterprise IAM technologies.
• Lead onsite delivery teams, establishing priorities, workload balance, and performance standards.
• Serve as the main technical and operational liaison between client executives, infrastructure teams, and offshore delivery groups.
• Provide SME-level technical leadership across identity governance, identity lifecycle management, and privileged access management.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years of overall IT experience with significant focus on enterprise IAM service delivery and leadership.
Proven subject matter expertise in Saviynt Identity Cloud / Saviynt IGA platform administration and governance.
Deep understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
Strong ITIL-aligned operations, incident management, and client stakeholder management experience.
Must be locally based in Houston, TX and able to work 100% in-office.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM).
Familiarity with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), SSO, MFA, and modern authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
