Job summary

Peyton Resource Group is seeking a tech-savvy IT support professional in San Antonio, TX to assist with MFA enrollment, authentication troubleshooting, and service desk incidents. You will work with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Hello for Business, and Active Directory to ensure secure access and smooth onboarding.

Ideal candidates will have experience in password resets, account lockouts, and credential issues, while using ServiceNow to track and resolve requests efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting MFA enrollment and authentication workflows.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Okta, and Entra ID.
• Experience with password resets and account lockouts.
• Ability to troubleshoot MFA challenges and device changes.

Responsibilities

• Assist workforce with Okta MFA and Microsoft Entra ID MFA enrollment and registration.
• Troubleshoot multifactor authentication challenges, including enrollment, authentication failures, device changes, and access issues.
• Provide support for password resets, account lockouts, credential issues, and authentication-related incidents.
• Support users with Windows Hello for Business enrollment and authentication troubleshooting.
• Assist with user account administration activities within Active Directory, Okta, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Utilize ServiceNow to manage incident, request, and task queues.
