Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking an InfoSec Analyst to provide frontline support for workforce authentication services, including MFA enrollment and troubleshooting across Okta, Entra ID, and Windows Hello for Business.

You will manage incidents via ServiceNow, assist with password resets and access requests, and collaborate with engineering on escalated issues to maintain secure authentication programs across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or strong knowledge to perform authentication support responsibilities.
• Relevant education or training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist workforce with Okta MFA and Entra ID MFA enrollment and registration.
• Troubleshoot MFA enrollment, authentication failures, device changes, and access issues.
• Support password resets, account lockouts, credential issues, and authentication incidents.
• Assist with Windows Hello for Business enrollment and authentication troubleshooting.
• Aid user account administration in Active Directory, Okta and Entra ID.
• Use ServiceNow to manage incidents, requests, and task queues.
• Ensure tickets are updated and resolved within SLAs.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering teams when needed.
• Support Password Safe privileged access processes.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and KB articles.
• Engage in user outreach about authentication programs and initiatives.
• Provide professional, customer-focused support to employees.
