Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking an Information Security Analyst for a 12-month W-2 contract in San Antonio, TX. The role is onsite with 3-5 years’ experience in identity and access management and security operations.

You will manage MFA enrollment, resolve authentication issues, and support password and account access workflows. The analyst will work with Okta MFA, Entra ID MFA, Windows Hello for Business, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Password Safe, leveraging ServiceNow to handle

Qualifications

• Experience with MFA enrollment and authentication troubleshooting.
• Strong ServiceNow incident management and ticketing skills.
• Windows/AD troubleshooting and end-user support experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist workforce with Okta MFA and Entra ID MFA enrollment and registration.
• Troubleshoot multifactor authentication challenges and access issues.
• Provide password resets, account lockouts, and authentication-related incident support.
• Support Windows Hello for Business enrollment and authentication troubleshooting.
• Assist with user administration in Active Directory, Okta, and Entra ID.
• Use ServiceNow to manage incident, request, and task queues.
• Ensure tickets are updated and resolved within SLAs.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering as needed.
• Support Password Safe privileged access processes.
• Document troubleshooting steps and knowledge base articles.
• Engage with users to communicate authentication program initiatives.
