Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks a Product Owner for Digital Product Management in Austin, TX (Hybrid). You will manage features, client journeys, and platforms that assess login validity, focusing on authentication techniques and fraud.

You will drive roadmaps, collaborate with UX, tech and business partners, define stories with acceptance criteria, and reporting. Prior experience in online security, federated identity, SSO, and agile development is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, or business is required.
• PM experience with online security, authentication, fraud, or digital identity is required.
• Experience with federated identity and single sign-on implementations; agile product development and user testing.

Responsibilities

• Build and articulate feature and channel roadmaps to drive group priorities.
• Lead product discovery with UX, tech, and business partners to design and hone solutions.
• Create and define product stories with acceptance criteria for delivery.
• Develop deep customer insights from data and research teams.
• Collaborate with vendors for platform support and roadmaps.
• Identify risks and implement controls across solutions.
• Own online identity management and authentication systems in collaboration with partners.
• Create release plans with the scrum team and other lines of business.
• Develop reporting on key business indicators and production support metrics.
