Job summary

The University of Kansas Health System is seeking an experienced Identity Operations Manager to lead the Identity Operations team within Security and Identity Solutions. The role oversees IAM services, access management, and governance to ensure secure, compliant access across the enterprise.

You will lead a team, drive process improvements, partner with engineering and compliance, and maintain a strong security posture across the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate required.
• Working-level knowledge of at least two cybersecurity domains.
• Strong leadership and effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Identity Operations staff and set operational standards.
• Oversee IAM services, provisioning/deprovisioning, and governance.
• Develop and implement a risk-based cybersecurity program across eight domains.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and executive leadership.
• Drive process optimization and maintain security policies and procedures.
• Mentor and develop security professionals within the team.
