Job summary

NKC Health / NeurealM seeks a Senior IAM Engineer to design, implement, and maintain IAM systems ensuring proper access for employees, vendors, and partners while aligning to security and regulatory requirements. You will lead IAM projects, establish identity lifecycle standards, and configure SSO, MFA, PAM, and federation across enterprise apps and cloud services.

The role requires strong scripting (PowerShell, Python), knowledge of LDAP/AD/SAML/OAuth/OIDC, Zero Trust, and audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or IS required.
• 5+ years of IAM engineering experience.
• Experience with cloud IAM platforms (Azure AD, Entra, Imprivata).
• Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, and directory services.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell and Python.
• Understanding of Zero Trust and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and architecture of IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, PAM, and federation.
• Deploy and integrate identity providers with enterprise apps and cloud services.
• Manage identity lifecycle, access reviews, and provisioning automation.
• Monitor sign-ins, threats, and incidents; collaborate with SOC for rapid response.
• Enforce policies, audit configurations, and ensure SOX, GDPR, HIPAA compliance.
