JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Product Delivery Manager for Identity Access Management (IAM) to shape the product vision and drive secure, scalable solutions.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders across the Chief Technology Office to ensure customer value and regulatory alignment. In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch products efficiently, gather feedback, and ensure a high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent in product delivery or a related domain.
• Experience in operational management and change readiness activities.
• Proven track record of continuous improvement in delivery processes.
• Experience in data product or platform-wide release management and deployment strategies.
• Knowledge of Databricks or data warehouse / lakehouse platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develops product strategy and vision delivering high value to customers.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to shape the roadmap.
• Owns the product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Leads end-to-end product delivery including intake, releases, and reporting.
• Tracks key metrics such as cost, features, risk, and reliability.
• Oversees change management across partners with risk and regulatory adherence.
• Ensures timelines, resources, and dependencies are managed and escalations handled.
• Advocates for seamless, secure customer experiences balancing usability and security.
• Drives product health reviews and metrics on platform performance and adoption.
