As a Product Delivery Manager in Identity Access Management (IAM) within the Chief Technology office, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. You innovate new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. In this role, you will define the product vision, drive strategy, and oversee the delivery of secure, scalable, and user-friendly IAM solutions for our customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our platform meets business objectives, regulatory requirements, and delivers an exceptional user experience.

Job responsibilities
  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers high value to customers with modern technology
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  • Advocate for seamless and secure customer experiences, balancing usability with robust security
  • Drive product health reviews & metric reporting around platform performance, adoption, and incident
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in data product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
  • Experience in Databricks or Data warehouse / Lakehouse platforms
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
