Job summary

JPMorganChase in Columbus is seeking a Product Delivery Manager on the IGA team to shape the backlog for Identity Access Lifecycle management. You will partner with business, architecture, and delivery teams to drive end-to-end product delivery and ensure efficient implementation of new capabilities.

You will own the product backlog, define user stories, coordinate release cycles, and monitor risk and dependencies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product delivery or related domain.
• Experience in operational management and change readiness activities.
• Strong delivery knowledge and continuous improvement.
• Experience in product or platform-wide release management and deployment strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Ability to decompose complex problems into actionable solutions and present recommendations.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; leadership and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, and product performance reporting.
• Manage change activities across functional partners ensuring adherence to risk, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate timelines and dependencies, monitor blockers, and liaise with stakeholders.
• Define and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with business objectives.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog balancing evolving business needs.
• Contribute to product roadmap development and execution with clear updates.
• Collaborate with business, engineering and design teams to evaluate enhancements and deliver product vision.
• Engage clients and users to gather requirements, run feedback sessions, and demos.
• Build alignment across stakeholders and communicate risks and trade-offs.
• Develop and maintain product documentation including use cases and requirements.
• Drive end-to-end delivery including testing oversight, issue resolution, training, and adoption.
