Location: This position is 100% remote within the Bank's footprint. The employee will work full time remotely outside of a WesBanco location (may occasionally attend in-person meetings, although primary functions of the role are performed remotely).
Work Hours per Week: 37.5
Requirements
- Associate's degree in computer science or a related field and two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required.
- Experience in Identity Management and Identity Governance preferred.
- Knowledge of Active Directory preferred.
- Knowledge of programming languages like Java, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PowerShell preferred.
- Experience with data exchange formats like JSON, XML, REST, and SOAP preferred.
- Knowledge of SailPoint IAM solutions preferred.
Job Description
Summary
Partners with business owners and the Applications manager to utilize identity access management solutions for user identities, authentication, and authorization. Streamlines access processes and supports the Bank’s workforce by ensuring timely and accurate management of access privileges.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Administers user access to systems maintained by the Bank's Operations team.
- Coordinates with business lines and IT teams to identify access requirements and integrates these into IAM tools and processes.
- Analyzes security administration workflows, recommends improvements, and helps implement solutions.
- Establishes and maintains role-based access control, manages identity and access assignments.
- Supports IAM tools, investigates incidents, and resolves issues.
- Reviews and develops security administration processes and procedures.
- Configures and maintains IAM products for high efficiency.
- Coordinates incident resolution with vendors.
- Supports system integrations to IAM and Active Directory (LDAP).
- Provides coaching and training to staff on identity management functions.
Other Qualifications
- IT-related technical certifications are a plus.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and knowledge of Windows OS preferred.
Skills and Abilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Ability to organize work efficiently and understand hardware/software environments.
