Identity & Access Management Analyst Level II - Information Technology

Location: Multiple Locations (Remote within the Bank's footprint, occasional in-person meetings possible)

Work Hours per Week: 37.5

Requirements

• Associate's degree in computer science or related field, with two years of experience or equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience in Identity Management and Identity Governance (preferred)
• Knowledge of Active Directory (preferred)
• Programming skills in Java, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PowerShell (preferred)
• Experience with data exchange formats like JSON, XML, REST, SOAP (preferred)
• Knowledge of SailPoint IAM solutions (preferred)

Job Description

Summary: Partner with business owners and IT teams to utilize identity access management solutions, streamline access processes, and support timely administration of access privileges.

Essential Duties:

1. Administer user access to systems managed by the Operations team.
2. Coordinate with business lines and IT to identify access requirements and integrate into IAM tools.
3. Analyze and improve security administration processes.
4. Develop and maintain role-based access controls.
5. Support IAM tools, ensure incident resolution, and maintain procedures.
6. Configure and maintain IAM products for efficiency.
7. Coordinate incident resolution with vendors.
8. Support system integrations with IAM and Active Directory.
9. Train staff on identity management functions.

Qualifications & Skills

• IT certifications are a plus.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Windows OS and related technical skills preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, assertiveness, and initiative.
