Requirements

• Associate's degree in computer science or related field, with two years of experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in Identity Management and Identity Governance (preferred).
• Knowledge of Active Directory (preferred).
• Skills in programming languages such as Java, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PowerShell (preferred).
• Experience with data exchange formats like JSON, XML, REST, SOAP (preferred).
• Familiarity with SailPoint IAM solutions (preferred).

Job Description

Summary: Collaborates with business owners and IT teams to implement and manage identity access solutions, streamline access processes, and support the administration of user privileges.

Essential Duties:

1. Administers user access to systems maintained by the Operations team.
2. Coordinates with various teams to identify and integrate access requirements into IAM tools.
3. Analyzes and improves security administration workflows.
4. Establishes identity roles and access controls, including role-based access control.
5. Supports IAM tools, incident resolution, and process documentation.
6. Configures and maintains IAM products for efficiency.
7. Coordinates incident resolution with vendors and supports system integrations.
8. Provides coaching and training on identity management.

Qualifications & Skills

• IT-related certifications are a plus.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Windows OS and hardware/software tools.
