Identity & Access Management Analyst Level II - Information Technology

Location: Multiple Locations (Remote within the Bank's footprint)

Work Hours: 37.5 hours/week

Requirements

• Associate's degree in computer science or related field and two years of experience, or equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience in Identity Management and Governance (preferred)
• Knowledge of Active Directory (preferred)
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PowerShell (preferred)
• Experience with data exchange formats like JSON, XML, REST, SOAP (preferred)
• Knowledge of SailPoint IAM solutions (preferred)

Job Description

Summary: Collaborate with business and IT teams to implement identity access management solutions, streamline access processes, and support timely management of access privileges.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Manage user access for systems maintained by the Operation team.
2. Coordinate with business lines and IT to identify access needs and integrate them into IAM tools.
3. Analyze and improve security administration workflows.
4. Develop and maintain role-based access controls.
5. Support IAM tools and resolve incidents.
6. Review and update security procedures.
7. Configure and maintain IAM products for efficiency.
8. Coordinate with vendors on incident resolution.
9. Support system integration with IAM and Active Directory.
10. Assist in training staff on identity management.

Additional Qualifications

• IT certifications are a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Knowledge of Windows OS is a plus.
