Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer and automate identity lifecycle processes across directory services.
• Serve as primary escalation point for IAM-related issues.
• Integrate applications with enterprise authentication platforms and federation services.
• Create/maintain SOPs, documentation, and knowledge base for IAM workflows.
• Support security policies and governance to protect institutional data.
