Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, Vocational Education, or related field.
• One Year supervisory experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and Authorized Milestone Driver.

Responsibilities

• Set up vocational jobs and demonstrate setup to Group Supervisors and Team Leaders.
• Supervise DSPs, Group Supervisors, and Team Leaders in vocational training sessions and documentation.
• Develop and implement individual habilitation programs for assigned individuals.
• Conduct quality checks of all jobs and perform time studies.
• Coordinate with residential staff and interdisciplinary team for progress reviews.
