Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of related experience in the Human Services Industry preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and multi-tasking ability.
Effective communication skills to manage relationships and a compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of 1–4 programs including direct supports, planning, health care, advocacy, and regulatory compliance.
Supervise program staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation.
Make hiring, transfers, promotions, salary changes, corrective action, and termination recommendations.
Guide program planning, monitor service delivery, and ensure services are engaging and relevant.
Be on-call to support staff and cover shifts as needed.
