Penn-Mar Human Services is seeking a Residential Supervisor to lead DSP teams across Parkton, Manchester, and Westminster, MD. The role includes scheduling, oversight, documentation, and licensing compliance to support individuals with IDD in homes, community, and remote settings.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IDD direct support and 2+ years supervising staff. A driver’s license is required and a HS diploma is mandatory, with higher education preferred. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifikationen

• MINIMUM 2 years of experience in direct support/IDD population.
• MINIMUM 2 years of experience supervising a team of 2+ people.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License with 2+ years driving and clean record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Supervise DSPs, provide oversight and feedback.
• Conduct 90-day and annual performance reviews.
• Ensure certifications and trainings are completed.
• Manage scheduling, timesheets and PTO.
• Maintain documentation for billing and reporting.
• Ensure safety, incident reporting and compliance with policies.
• Lead department meetings and participate in licensing reviews.
• Foster a culture of appreciation and teamwork.
