Job summary

Dungarvin in Louisville, KY is seeking a House Manager to oversee residential and/or day program operations for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role combines direct care with supervisory responsibilities and requires flexible hours, including weekends and odd hours, to ensure program continuity.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a human services field (preferred) and at least 2 years of management experience in developmental disabilities, plus a year of direct care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field preferred.
• At least 1 year full time direct experience working with participants with developmental disabilities or intellectual disabilities.
• At least 2 years of experience in management and working with development disabilities.
• Must demonstrate good decision-making, time management and communication skills, and be responsible, mature, and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Personnel management and program coordination including orientation and ongoing training.
• Monitor all aspects of the program including developing individual goals and plans, implementing the program.
• Assure coordination and management of the overall operations, medical, financial and maintenance aspects of the programs, through guiding and directing the designee of the site.
