Dungarvin inc is seeking a Program Director in Logansport, IN to oversee and coordinate the overall assigned program(s) for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role blends direct care with supervisory duties.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a human services field, 1+ year of direct IDD experience, and 2+ years of management experience, plus a valid driver’s license and a clear background check. The schedule is Monday–Friday with on-call duties and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field required.
• At least 1 year full-time direct experience working with participants with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
• At least 2 years of experience in management and working with development disabilities.
• Must demonstrate good decision-making, time management and communication skills, and be responsible, mature, and flexible.
• Valid driver’s license.
• A successful background clearance is required as part of the onboarding/employment process

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the overall assigned program(s) (residential and/or day program) for individuals with IDD.
• Manage personnel, ensure orientation and ongoing training.
• Monitor all aspects of the program including goals and plans and implement the program.
• Coordinate and manage the operations, medical, financial and maintenance aspects through site leadership.
