Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to read, write, understand and follow directions.
• One year of experience working in the human services field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily schedule is followed and objective plans are implemented.
• Communicate with the Qualified Professional (QP) about concerns or questions regarding plans or clinical care.
• Orient new staff to the daily routine of the facility.
• Counsel/train staff in routine responsibilities.
• Provide documentation to the Administrator when staff do not complete responsibilities.
• Maintain sanitary condition of the facility.
• Coordinate repairs with supervision.
• Arrange replacement of household products/office supplies.
• Ensure policies and procedures are implemented and followed.
• Complete monthly activity schedules for residents.
• Schedule and attend residents' medical appointments.
• Plan nutritious meals for residents and purchase groceries.
• Complete staff work schedules.
• Utilize applicant pool to recruit staff for group home.
