Job summary

Qualifications

• Must meet the minimum requirements of a Qualified Professional.
• Bachelor's degree in a human services field with 2 years of supervised experience; or a non-human services degree with 4 years of supervised experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all intakes and discharges for the day program.
• Supervise Day Supports Habilitation Technicians.
• Provide Clinical input to meet consumer needs as a Qualified Professional/Clinical Supervisor.
• Attend and coordinate Plan of Care meetings with families, Case Managers, and staff.
• Lead daily group meetings with consumers and staff.
