Merakey is hiring a Program Manager in Chambersburg, PA for the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services division. You will oversee day-to-day program operations, supervise staff, and coordinate activities to ensure high-quality services for participants.

This role may manage a caseload. Responsibilities include personnel management, professional services oversight, budgeting, medication intake, and on-call coverage for the region.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years IDD related experience.
• 1-3 year Supervisor / Manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Personnel management including leave, workers' compensation, unemployment, performance management, hiring, remediation and termination.
• Management of professional services.
• Purchasing of required supplies and reconciliation of receipts.
• On-call responsibilities for region.
• Incident management in partnership with QCO.
• Understanding of labor rules and contract interpretation.
• Client fund management.
• Intake and distribution of medication.
• Oversight of trainings and program operations to meet monthly budgets.
