Merakey is seeking a Program Manager in Harrisburg, PA within the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services division. The role focuses on day-to-day management of programs, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality services for participants.

The Program Manager may oversee a caseload, coordinate activities, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with trainings and regulatory requirements across the region.

Qualifications

• Responsible for personnel management including leave, workers' comp, unemployment, performance, and hiring/remediation.
• Oversee professional services and purchasing of supplies with receipts reconciliation.
• On-call responsibilities for region and incident management in partnership with QCO.
• Understand labor rules including seniority and overtime and contract interpretation.

We are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services (IDD) division in Harrisburg, PA.

Position Overview:

The Program Manager plays a critical role in in the day - to - day management and oversight of specific programs or services within their Division. Reporting to the Program Director or Director, this position is responsible for coordinating program activities, supervising program staff, and ensuring the delivery of high - quality services to program participants.

This role may manage a caseload of their own.

Job Functions of the Program Manager role:

• Responsible for personnel management to include but not limited to; Leave Management, Workers Compensation, Unemployment, Performance Management, hiring, remediation and, termination.

• On-call responsibilities for region.

• When applicable understanding of labor to include but not limited to; seniority and overtime rules and contract interpretation.
• Client fund management
• Intake and distribution of medication
• Oversight of team compliance of required trainings.
• Oversight of program operations to ensure adherence to monthly budgetary requirements
