Job summary

Sevita seeks a Program Director for IDD Services to lead day-to-day operations across one to four community programs, coordinating direct supports, planning, health care, advocacy, and regulatory compliance. You will supervise staff, handle hires and promotions, and ensure service delivery remains person-centered and outcomes-focused.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years in Human Services, a valid driver’s license, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two to three years of related experience in Human Services preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 1–4 programs, including direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, safety, and maintenance.
• Supervise program staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation.
• Make recommendations on hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and terminations.
• Ensure services are delivered consistently, engaging individuals served and aligned with planning.
