Job summary

Bond Health is seeking compassionate Job Coaches to support individuals with IDD in obtaining and maintaining meaningful employment in Brooklyn. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week role provides hands-on coaching, training, and ongoing support at participants' job sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• DSP experience a plus.
• Teaching or mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 15–25 individuals.
• Provide on-site job coaching and support at participants' job sites.
• Teach and model job tasks.
• Assist with transportation when needed.
• Complete case notes and documentation.
• Monitor participant progress.
