Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network in Orange County, CA seeks a Licensed Group Home Administrator (ARF/GH) – IDD to oversee regulatory compliance, ensure the health and safety of residents, and manage staff scheduling and training. The role requires collaboration with conservators, service coordinators, and outside agencies to uphold quality care.

The Administrator will supervise daily operations, monitor client care, and respond to emergencies on a 24-hour basis as needed, while guiding the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and related training as required by the program design.
• IDD/Developmental Disabilities experience or background.
• ARF/GH certifications and CPR/FA/CPI certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure health and safety of residents.
• Oversee staffing, schedules, training, and supervision of staff.
• Communicate with conservators, coordinators and outside agencies.
• Act as first responder in emergencies and provide incident reporting.
• Ensure quality care and maintain client records and documentation.
