Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network seeks a Licensed Group Home Administrator (ARF/GH) for IDD in Orange County, CA. The role oversees regulatory compliance, client safety, staffing, and training to deliver person-centered supports in a group home setting.

The Administrator ensures ongoing communication with conservators and external agencies, manages operations, and coordinates medical appointments while maintaining quality care and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to residential care.
• IDD / Developmental Disabilities experience required.
• Regional Center experience preferred.
• ARF and GH certifications are required.
• DSP I and DSP II certifications preferred.
• CPR/FA and CPI certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance as mandated by licensing and Regional Centers.
• Maintain health, well‑being and safety of clients; communicate with conservators.
• Manage staffing and labor hours to provide high‑quality care.
• train and mentor direct support professional staff.
• Maintain client notes, medication audits and financial records.
• Oversee safety compliance and respond to emergencies on call.
