Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network is seeking a Licensed Group Home Administrator (IDD/ARF-GH) for Orange County, CA. The role ensures regulatory compliance, resident well-being, and effective operations across staffing, documentation, and regulatory reporting.

The Administrator will supervise staff, maintain open communication with conservators and service coordinators, and oversee safety and medical coordination for residents, including on-call availability and incident reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and related training as required.
• IDD / Developmental Disabilities experience.
• Level 4I homes experience.
• Regional Center experience.
• ARF and GH certifications.
• DSP I and DSP II certificates.
• CPR/FA and CPI certifications.
• 3 years experience with Level 4I+ clients.
• 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure health, safety, and well-being of the clients.
• Manage staffing and scheduling to ensure quality care.
• Oversee daily operations: notes, medication audits, funds, records.
• Attend trainings and ensure safety compliance.
• Act as first responder to emergencies; 24-hour on-call as applicable.
• Coordinate with conservators and service coordinators to support residents.
