Job summary

Milestone in Loves Park, IL, is seeking an experienced administrator to oversee the development and delivery of individual services in our Elmwood Heights/Elmwood East homes. You will supervise Directors, lead training, and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering a safe, high-quality living environment.

The role requires a Nursing Home Administrator license or eligibility, a 4-year degree, and a background in leadership with strong communication.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years’ experience as RSD/QDIP including program development and implementation.
Demonstrates good oral and written communication skills.
Clean driving record and must be approved to drive Milestone vehicles.
Must be able to intervene physically in behavioral and health related crisis with individuals
Must be able to promptly respond to any/all emergency situations.
Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator, or eligible for Licensure.

Responsibilities

Oversee development, implementation, and monitoring of individual services for assigned homes.
Lead supervision of nursing and resident services leaders, including hiring and evaluations.
Develop leadership training programs and provide on-the-job training.
Ensure compliance with state health standards and inspections.
Maintain communication with families and guardians.
