Job summary

Ann Storck Center in Pembroke Pines seeks an ICF Administrator to oversee daily operations of the Intermediate Care Facility, ensuring quality services meet residents' social, emotional, health, medical and physical needs.

The role leads environmental safety, service delivery, communication, and monitoring to ensure compliance with AHCA, DCF, APD and other regulations, while guiding staff and delivering person-centered plans and program quality.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services or a related field.
• Minimum five years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with ability to prepare and interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and environmental compliance of ICF facilities.
• Manage service delivery including resident care, habilitation goals, and program scheduling.
• Lead staff development, trainings, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure timely reporting, audits, and preparedness for surveys and inspections.
• Collaborate with agencies and schools and coordinate external reviews.
