Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Glenolden, PA is seeking an Employment Specialist to coach individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) toward meaningful employment. You will provide individualized coaching and workplace support to build confidence, skills, and independence.

Qualifications

One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (IDD).
Daytime availability (hours Mon-Fri daytime).
High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
ACRE and/or CESP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Help individuals with IDD find and succeed in meaningful employment.
Provide hands-on coaching and support to build confidence, workplace skills, and independence.
Partner with employers to create inclusive workplaces and expand opportunities for people with disabilities.
Advocate for workplace accommodations that promote long-term success.
Make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals, businesses, and the communities you serve.
