The role emphasizes advocacy, employer education, and a person-centered approach within a collaborative BAYADA team dedicated to growth and inclusion.

Qualifications

• One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (IDD).
• ACRE or CESP certification is required.
• Day and Evening time availability for part-time shifts.

Responsibilities

• Empowering an Individual to obtain meaningful employment.
• Assist with enhancing job skills by monitoring progress through documentation.
• Educate employers on benefits and opportunities of work with people with disabilities.
• Advocate for inclusion on the job and reasonable accommodations.
• Make an impact on the community.
