Job summary

ResCare Community Living, part of the Sevita family, seeks a QIDP to lead day-to-day operations across multiple programs in Ohio. You will oversee direct supports, planning, regulatory compliance, staffing, and financial management to ensure high-quality services.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, evaluating performance, guiding hires and salary actions, and ensuring services are person-centered and engaging for individuals served. On-call coverage is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of related experience in the Human Services Industry preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted per state requirements.
• Current drivers license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication to manage relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of one to four programs in a community.
• Oversee program staff including performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation.
• Make recommendations on hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, actions, and terminations.
• Ensure service delivery is consistent, engaging, and person-centered for individuals served.
• Be available on-call to support staff and cover shifts as needed.
