Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
• Ability to lift 20-50 lbs and meet CPR requirements.
• Experience in supervisory or management roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and coordinate individualized care services.
• Supervise and coordinate person-centered plans.
• Liaise between clients, families, and legal guardians.
