Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology or related field; licensure in Michigan preferred/required.
• Master's with Limited License may be considered based on experience.
• Ability to be credentialed by NLCMHA to provide services in this discipline.
• Advanced training in functional analysis and behavior treatment principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for children and adults.
• Perform guardianship evaluations and advise capacity and least restrictive alternatives.
• Provide consultation on competency and adaptive functioning.
• Administer and interpret psychological tests and behavioral assessments.
• Conduct FBAs and develop Behavioral Treatment Plans (BTPs) with positive supports.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal standards and agency policies.
• Participate in interdisciplinary teams and quality improvement activities.
