Texas Panhandle Centers in Amarillo, TX is seeking an Administrative Technician (1189) to deliver trauma‑informed care and supervision to adults across Amarillo and the surrounding Texas Panhandle area. This full‑time role reports to the multidisciplinary team and supports ISS/Day Habilitation services.

The position emphasizes ethical communication, staff supervision, and collaboration with clients to reach individual goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with insurable driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ethical, professional communications with trauma‑informed language.
• Supervise staff providing direct care in ISS/Day Habilitation program.
• Provide supervision and care to clients with IDD.
• Hire, train, and supervise direct care staff.
• Attend meetings and collaborate with team to plan for clients’ goals.
• Complete documentation within requested timelines.
• Meet productivity standards and adhere to the Code of Conduct.
