Job summary

HDR is seeking an experienced Wastewater Project Manager to lead water projects in the Idaho region, delivering engineering services and managing multidisciplinary teams to meet client expectations.

You will develop and maintain client relationships, pursue new business opportunities, and collaborate with HDR’s Water Practice to advance regional initiatives. The role emphasizes mentorship, QA/QC, and alignment with HDR’s employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 7 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• MS Office and MS Project experience is required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management and technical leadership for wastewater projects.
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams and promote HDR’s business development.
• Develop, maintain and strengthen client relationships; pursue new clients and opportunities.
• Track scope, schedule, budget, staffing and deliverables through project lifecycle.
• Coordinate staffing and workload to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Maintain QA/QC procedures and mentor staff.
