Job summary

HDR is seeking an experienced Water Project Manager to lead water projects in Idaho, working with clients and internal staff to build strong teams. You will manage technical scope and pursue new business opportunities within HDR’s Water Practice, servicing municipal, county, state, and federal clients.

The role requires a PE license, 7+ years of related experience (including 2+ years of project management), and strong leadership with MS Office/MS Project proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 7 years related experience; minimum 2 years project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams and manage water projects in Idaho.
• Track and manage project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and deliverables from development to close-out.
• Coordinate staffing and workload to ensure timely delivery and QA/QC compliance.
• Develop client relationships and pursue new opportunities in HDR’s Water Practice.
