This role requires a bachelor's in engineering or related field, 10+ years of leadership experience, and a commitment to HDR's employee-owned culture. You will collaborate with regional leadership to grow revenue and improve client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead HDR's Idaho water practice and strengthen market position.

• Guide a mature, high‑performing business group and implement strategies.
• Collaborate with Water Business Development Leader to pursue opportunities.
• Monitor performance, develop forecasts and budgets for the group.
