Job summary

This role supports programs for individuals with mental health needs, intellectual disabilities, and developmental delays, while ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

You will oversee risk screening, guide regulatory compliance, collaborate with partners, and assist with investigations and quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience in intellectual disabilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Ability to meet PA residency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee provider risk screening and qualifications.
• Review data, incident reports, and support quality improvement.
• Coordinate with incident management entity to examine concerns and report.
• Provide guidance to Supports Coordination and staff on risk management.
• Liaise with county, state, and community partners to support service quality.
• Lead assigned duties and support case closures, projects, and on-call rotations.
