Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking an operations team member to support clients across our services, ensuring delivery of quality care and adherence to plans that promote independence and dignity. The role focuses on coordinating service plans, staff scheduling, and regulatory compliance to meet client needs and contractual requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS in a related field, at least two years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, and preferably

Qualifications

• Two years of verifiable experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• One year supervisory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations governing services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to coordinate service plans and scheduling for teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensures consumer and guardian participation in development of service plan and personal futures plan.
• Coordinates development of personal futures plan and schedules team meetings with times, dates, and locations.
• Screens program vacancies and develops waiting lists for consumer vacancies.
• Monitors regulatory compliance and implements plans of correction as needed.
• Monitors incident reports and coordinates with external agencies as appropriate; investigates abuse/neglect cases.
• Oversees delivery of service plans and training; maintains progress records and discharge planning if needed.
• Maintains fiscal spending within approved budget for household expenses, repairs, and personnel costs.
• Monitors workers' compensation and unemployment claims to reduce agency risk.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
