Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare seeks a leadership professional to oversee consumer support services for assigned locations, supervising staff to meet service, clinical and financial goals while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field, with at least two years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and supervisory experience. Travel up to 25% between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, or closely related field.
• Two years of verifiable work experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Two-year supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in managing systems, processes, and people.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the interdisciplinary team for evaluation, selection of person(s) served and development/maintenance of his/her service.
• Supervises operations to ensure compliance with contractual, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Supervises services to ensure compliance with CARES standards and responsiveness to needs of person(s) served.
• Supervises services to ensure attention to goals, functional limitations and safety and documents activities.
• Participates in clinical staff training and incident reporting processes.
• Oversees fiscal processes and loss control programs to allocate and use financial resources.
