Job summary

The incumbent will supervise program managers, manage budgets, and coordinate with families and agencies. A seven-year background in developmental disabilities is preferred, with a bachelor’s degree in human services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field with seven years of relevant experience.
• Experience supervising staff and program management.
• Experience managing a program budget.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for ID residential programs, including ICFs and waiver homes.
• Develop and implement policies for operation of all residential services.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and Medicaid guidelines.
• Oversee plans and active treatment strategies per ICF ID and HCBS waivers.
• Supervise program managers, coach staff, and support professional development.
• Manage budget, staffing, and resources for cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with families, guardians, and oversight agencies.
• Be on-call and travel between residential locations.
