Job summary

State of Ohio's Southwest Developmental Center in Batavia is seeking a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional. Qualifications

• At least one year of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disability or other developmental disabilities.
• Must have one of: Doctor of Medicine/Osteopathy, Registered Nurse, or a bachelor’s degree in professional human services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement training and consumer-based active treatment for 14–20 residents.
• Chair interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate comprehensive service delivery.
• Supervise staff and evaluate the effectiveness of the individual plan.
• Develop and review all individual plans and 90-day reviews; ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure policies, licensure regulations, and Medicaid evaluations are implemented.
