Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disability or other developmental disabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in professional human services or related field preferred.
• Regulatory knowledge and adherence to Medicaid/I.C.F./DODD regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop and implement special training and consumer-based active treatment programming for 14–20 residents.
• Act as chairperson of interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate delivery of services.
• Supervise staff in the provision of services and evaluate staff performance.
• Initiate monthly reviews and modify plans based on progress and data.
• Ensure correction of deficiencies and coach staff in habilitation techniques.
